Microsoft 365

Microsoft supports organization wide HTML disclaimers through Exchange Admin Center….Mail flow….Rules. 

1. Sign in to the Exchange Admin Center with an administrator account.
2. Go to Mail flow… Rules.
3. Choose Add a rule….Apply disclaimers. 
4. Name it something like Van Brunt – Limits of Liability.
5. You can use conditions to prevent it from appearing on internal company email.
6. Click the option to Enter text and paste the HTML below.
7. For the fallback action, I would generally use Wrap so Exchange can still deliver the message if it cannot insert the HTML.
8. Save the rule.
9. Review and enable it. Microsoft notes that rules created in the Exchange Admin Center can initially be disabled, so verify that the rule’s status is Enabled before testing.

This is a slightly different version than the Gmail signature HTML because MS exchange mail flow disclaimers seem to prefer a more basic table and style.
